Prices

  • 2 nights: € 350 per night*
  • 3 nights or more: € 290 per night*
  • Important: we charge an additional warranty of € 300, to be paid two weeks before arrival. The access code will be sent to you upon receipt of the warranty. If we do not detect any damage, the warranty will be deposited into your bank account no later than 14 days after your departure.

* The rental price includes the kitchen package (kitchen towels, spunges, soaps, etc…), internet, heating, city taxes, garbage pickup, electricity, water, bedding, final cleaning, coffee and tea, shower gel and shampoo, parking for two cars (one parking space near the front door and one garage).

Options

  • Rent towels (big + small bath towels): € 4 per person.
  • Sauna: € 0,70 per kWh (is about € 5 per 1.5 hours, measured at the end of your stay).
  • Fireplace wood: € 9 per sac (± 22 pounds).

Our don’ts

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking indoors is not allowed.
  • Because of the residential character and the peaceful nature of the town, we don’t rent our guest house out to groups of young people. The peace must be respected after 10 pm.
  • Internet is freely available but falls under the responsibility of the tenant. Using the internet for illegal or malicious purposes will be passed on to the authorities and will have financial and juridical consequences.
  • The tenant has full responsibility of accidents happening in and around the house.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation by the tenant up to 6 weeks before your arrival The tenant is entitled to cancel the rental at any time before the start of the stay, provided that the agreed cancellation fee is paid. Cancellations, for whatever reason, must always be communicated to the landlord by e-mail.

Cancellation fees:

  • Up to 6 weeks before the arrival date of your stay: 50% of the total rental amount.
  • Up to 3 weeks before the arrival date of your stay: 100% of the total rental amount.

Cancellation insurance: Inquire about this in good time with your insurance agent. In the event of early departure, the tenant is not entitled to a refund of paid rental fees. Cancellation by the landlord If unforeseen circumstances/force majeure force the landlord to cancel the already rented holiday period, this will be notified to the tenant immediately. In this case, the landlord will refund the amount already paid by the tenant within 48 hours of the aforementioned notification to the tenant. In this case, the tenant has no further or other right than to reclaim the amounts already paid and therefore expressly waives any further rights.
