Our advantages

A total of 820 square feet of space:

• 5 Bedrooms: 3 two person room with double beds; 2 two person rooms with 2 single beds; 2 baby cribs available.
• Living rooms: spacious living and dining rooms with wooden floor; XL-sofa; sitting room with fireplace (firewood available for purchase).
• Kitchen: hot air oven; microwave oven; induction cooking plate; dishwasher; refrigerator; refrigerator with freezer; water boiler; coffee and tea appliances including fully automatic coffee machine; toaster; 2 gourmet cooking sets (8 people per set); centrifugal juicer; SodaStream.
• Bathroom and shower room: Bathroom: large bath tub; shower with handheld and rain shower heads; double bathroom sinks; toilet. Shower room: spacious walk-in shower; bathroom sink.
• Wellness area: Finnish sauna unit with room for 3 laying or 6 sitting people; shower cabine with handheld and rain shower heads; bathroom sink; 2 ergonomic seats; radio with cd-player.
• Entertainment: 55 inch smart tv with satellite connection; dvd player with various dvd’s; Xbox 360 with various games, 2 controllers, Kinect and access to Netflix; board and card games; books and comics; soccer table.
• Comfort: free wi-fi in the entire house; thermostate-regulated temperature; instant warm water.
• Terrace: small, south-oriented terrace on the first floor.
• Garden: garden with view over the mountains and cloister, complete with barbecue and garden furniture for 10 people.
• Parking: an open air parking space at the front door is included as well as an in-house garage.
• Location: at 500 ft of the town centre and easily accessible via the main roads (look for our route description here).

Our don’ts

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking indoors is not allowed.
• Because of the residential character and the peaceful nature of the town, we don’t rent our guest house out to groups of young people. The peace must be respected after 10 pm.
• Internet is freely available but falls under the responsibility of the tenant. Using the internet for illegal or malicious purposes will be passed on to the authorities and will have financial and juridical consequences.
• The tenant has full responsibility of accidents happening in and around the house..
