Owner and tenant entered into an agreement considering a vacation rental, located at 52156 Monschau (Germany), Unterer Mühlenberg 23, under the conditions as included in the agreement and the supplimentary booking conditions. The rental agreement lasts for the period as specified in the agreement, for the price as specified in the agreement.
The guest house is intended for use as a vacation rental for a maximum of 10 people, by the tenant and his travelling companions as listed in this agreement. Any other use -including but not limited to re-lease, sublease or using the guest house for anything other than a vacation rental- is prohibited.
The tenant is expected to take good care of the guest house and everything in it, and ensures that his or her travelling compagnions do the same. At the end of the rental period, the guest house is expected to be in the same state as it was before. The tenant clears out everything belonging to his or her travelling group. Refrigerators, freezers and ovens need to be cleaned by the tenant before departure.
