• Kitchen: hot air oven; microwave; induction cooktop; dishwasher; refrigerator; refrigerator with freezer; kettle; coffee and tea making facilities including coffee voltaic machine; toaster; 2 gourmet sets (8 people per set); juicer; SodaStream.
• Bathroom and Shower Room: Bathroom: spacious bathtub; shower stall with hand and rain shower; double sink; toilet. Shower room: spacious walk-in shower; sink.
• Wellness area: Finnish sauna cabin with space for 3 reclining or 6 seated persons; shower cabin with hand and rain shower; sink; 2 ergonomic recliners; radio/CD player.
• Entertainment: 140-cm smart TV with satellite connection; DVD player with various DVDs; Xbox 360 with various games, 2 controllers, Kinect and Netflix access (with its own login); board and card games; books and comics; foosball table.
• Comfort: free wifi throughout the house; thermostat-controlled temperature; instant hot water.
• Terrace: small, south-facing terrace on the second floor.
• Garden: garden overlooking the mountains and the monastery, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture for 10 people.
• Parking: an uncovered parking space is provided at the front door as well as an indoor garage.
• Location: located 150 m from the center and easily accessible from the main roads (see our directions here).

Our don’ts

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking indoors is prohibited.
• Due to its quiet and residential character, the property is not rented to groups consisting only of young people. Quietness is respected after 10 pm.
• Internet is available for free but is the responsibility of the tenant, its use for illegal and rogue purposes will be reported to official authorities and will have financial and legal consequences.
• The tenant bears full responsibility for accidents that happen in and around the house.
