Rental conditions
Landlord and tenant enter into a rental agreement with respect to vacation home, located at 52156 Monschau (Germany), Unterer Mühlenberg 23, under the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement and the accompanying booking conditions. The rental agreement is entered into for the period and for the rental price and additional costs as stated in the agreement.
The vacation accommodation is intended for personal use as a vacation home, such by a maximum of 10 people.
The vacation rental is given in use only to the tenant and the tenant’s traveling companions. No other or further use is permitted, so that the rented property may not be given or relinquished to third parties, either in whole or in part, for rent, sublet or any other use.
The main tenant shall use the rented property as a good tenant and shall ensure that his traveling companions do the same. The main tenant is liable for damages caused by him and his fellow tenants. At the end of the rental agreement, the rented property must be in the same condition as it was at the beginning and completely cleared of all garbage.
Refrigerators, freezers and ovens must always be cleaned by the tenant upon departure, regardless of the final cleaning issued. In case of negligence, destruction or leaving our equipment dirty, the cost of damage or cleaning will be charged to the tenant.
The house rules present at the vacation rental and provided by mail are an indissoluble part of the rental agreement and must therefore be strictly adhered to.
The law applies that prohibits noise outdoors after 10 pm. Anyone who does not abide by it may be removed from the vacation rental without prior warning and without return of any rent. If the police are called by neighbors, the main tenant is responsible for drawing up the police report and the resulting costs.
