Price tag

• 2 nights: € 390 per night*
• 3 nights or more: €330 per night*
  
• Important: we charge an additional deposit of €300, payable two weeks before arrival. The access code will be sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. If we find no damage, the deposit will be transferred to your bank account at the latest 14 days after your departure.

* The rent includes the kitchen package (kitchen towels, sponges, soaps, etc…), internet, heating, city tax, garbage collection, electricity, water, bed linen, final cleaning, coffee and tea, shower gel and shampoo, space for two cars (one pitch at the front door and one garage).

Options

• Towels rental (large + small bath towel): €4 per person.
• Sauna: €0.70 per kWh (is about €5 per hour and a half, measured at the end of the vacation).
• Firewood: €9 per bag (± 10 kg).

Our don’ts

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking indoors is prohibited.
• Due to its quiet and residential nature, the property is not rented to groups consisting only of young people. Quietness is respected after 10 pm.
• Internet is available for free but is the responsibility of the tenant, its use for illegal and rogue purposes will be reported to official authorities and will have financial and legal consequences.
• The tenant bears full responsibility for accidents that happen in and around the house.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation by the tenant up to 6 weeks before your arrival. The tenant is entitled to cancel the rental at any time before the start of the stay subject to payment of the agreed cancellation fee. Cancellations, for whatever reason, must always be communicated to the landlord by e-mail.

Cancellation fees:

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival date of your stay: 50% of the total rent.
• Up to 3 weeks before arrival date of your stay: 100% of the total rent.

Cancellation insurance: Please inquire with your insurance agent in good time. In case of early departure, the tenant is not entitled to a refund of paid rental fees. Cancellation by the landlord If unforeseen circumstances / force majeure force the landlord to cancel the already rented vacation period, this will be immediately notified to the tenant. The landlord will in this case, within 48 hours after the said notification to the tenant, refund the amount already paid by the tenant. In this case, the tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim the sums already paid and therefore expressly waives further rights.
